Ad blitz to combat disrespect to women

Ad blitz to combat disrespect to women
A $30 million advertising campaign hopes to combat violence against women by focusing on early attitudes of disrespect.
I'm getting so tired of these gender-based campaigns providing tens to hundreds of millions of dollars of funding to support only girls and women, with boys and men being excluded from receiving such support.

Why I'm here

I know that many men aren't interested in standing up to say something against feminism's support of injustice against men because they're afraid of being labelled 'misogynist'. I also know that many women aren't complaining about sexist discrimination against men because at least it's not affecting them. This makes up the considerable majority of people. I think it's less than 5% of men and women who care enough about what's going on that they're looking for websites and information that supports what they're seeing. Many of them feel alone with their observations and feelings, and they're looking for others who sees and feels what they do.

The war on men

You probably laugh at the idea. A war on men. Really? Ludicrous! Maybe you've heard of it but the idea makes you laugh. Maybe you've never heard of such a thing. Maybe you don't even see how it's possible. Bear with me for a while, and have a read of what I see.

Political correctness and 'safe spaces'

I've been seeing mention of 'safe spaces' popping up in news and social media quite a lot, and it seems to be increasing. Students are being offered counseling over any potential offence they might feel. Or safe spaces to retreat to when confronted with ideas that make them uncomfortable or traumatised. The increasing level of political correctness is crazy.

You have no right to not be offended

A friend of mine had a discussion with me during the week about free speech. He tried to get me to understand that sometimes suppressing free speech was a good thing. Some people might get offended at the words someone uses. Best to make sure no one sees use those words.

Men caused this problem

In a misguided attempt to avoid offending women, men have become cowards. By letting women strive for equal rights without men's input, men's rights became diminished. As a result we have human rights and women's rights, but we're missing men's rights. We really should just have human rights.

Feminism is a cancer on civilisation

There's a new #FeminismIsCancer hashtag making the rounds on Twitter. I'm one of those who are happy to see it. The definitions of cancer include: "an evil or destructive practice that is hard to contain or eradicate". It's occasionally used in statements like 'racism is a cancer,' and now it seems to be gaining popularity with 'feminism is a cancer'.

As you might expect, I couldn't agree more.
